I eat alot of simple raw foods and that really works well for me. It really is not complicated!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think, if you say it is hard, then it is. If you say it is easy, then it is.&lt;br /&gt;This kind of follows my post about listening to your body. THAT is what MAKES raw easy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The body naturally wants simple foods that do not bog us down. Most gourmet raw does exactly that. I get up and make my jars of juice and off I go. It is really fun! So one must clean the body to rid the toxins and feed the body nutrient dense foods.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;How can this be done? Simple, as I said above. Feed your body with the closest material your body is made of. Your body was made from the dirt, dust of the earth and the closer you feed it to the ground, the greater your health!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Your body is living, thus the material mst be raw materials, in their inprocessed state, as found in a garden. Living material, plant foods, feed our living bodies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Anything that is taken from the garden and processed with heat is no longer living, it is devoid of nutrients and enzymes needed to feed the body. So instead of feeding the body, it robs the body. What if you treated every person as if they were carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders, and you helped them carry it or you lifted it a bit? If something is bugging us emotionally and we eat to fill it, as in, to seek "comfort", does it work? Are we happy? Is it a comfort or does it simply dull down the emotions, numb us out to them? Only to feel it, yet again, when the next wave hits but now we have the added body burden of the food we ate, how stinkin lousy we feel,the damage we have done to our bodies and for many, the guilt that often joins hands with that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why do we eat when we are under emotional duress? Well, maybe for that exact reason and more. To numb, to not feel, to FEED a need. To feed a need; that is kind of like putting on ten layers of clothes on a hot summer day when we needed to put on our bathing suit and go swimming in a cool ocean. (ok ok I tried with this analogy, but you get it?) Life gets so out of their control sometimes that they know the ONE thing they have the power over...food. But, do we really have power over food if we are a slave to it and it is our master, it leads us????&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We all see people who are literally eating themselves to death, a slow suicide. We feel for the kids starving to death and our heart aches but we also have this opposite side of the coin as well. People eating large amounts of food, that isnt truly feeding the body nutrients, that usually leads to disease and death. This is the hard reality.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well what do we do when emos hit? Ask ourselves: what is the need here? What do I need in this moment? Does my body need a beating or a hug? What will best help me to deal with this emotional upset? I eat raw food, alot of it, most of my days, however my life is about so much more.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food, for me, has shrunk in importance. Ironically, by my giving it utmost importance initially, learning, trying, applying all about raw foods, it actually shrunk my concern about food. You see, before, I was fixed on finding what food worked for me....what to fix, what to buy to fix (yet another drudgery), etc etc etc and still not having optimum health.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Raw eating is simply that. It is a small part of my day most days. It is NOT WORK fixing food or buying food rather is is PLAY and JOY. So it is NOT one more thing to do or get done, it is a DELIGHT! It is a small part of my life. A tiny part. It is the best way to eat with no figuring anymore. By making it important it filed right in line where it is to be. I eat to live. I eat amazing food to live I will add.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Life is not about food for me. LIFE is about WONDER-FULL life. When I come to a reflection of it all, I want to say "I REALLY LIVED" and not "BOY I wish I had really lived and not focused my whole life on raw food".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I live life and the food part takes care of itself. It is not my FOCUS at all. Knowing I wanted goji berries and chocolate and figure a way to get them both.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I said to myself "self, goji berries are amazing and there has to be a recipe with ALOT of gojis in it!".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I created one.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_aDT6Xgvkb38/TN6UM09H4NI/AAAAAAAAARs/5M-6rM1fECg/s1600/11-06-10_1612.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_aDT6Xgvkb38/TN6UM09H4NI/AAAAAAAAARs/5M-6rM1fECg/s400/11-06-10_1612.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5539027539806642386" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here is what I did.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ground up (food processor) a cup maybe of gojis in a little water. I let them mesh together, the gojis absorbing the water a bit. Then I added chia seeds until they too took the liquid up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When it was all set up, I ran cacao nibs through my champoin juicer with blank screen in. Out came the nicest cacao creamy butter stuff I had ever seen! I "chased" it with almonds, thus making a nutella type mixture!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I put some of this cacao nutty paste into the goji mix. I added coconut shreds, coconut oil, vanilla, some himalyan salt, hemp seeds, and chopped walnuts. I stirred this all together. Adding the choco paste made the mixture firm all up nice!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I then rolled them into balls and rolled in coconut shreds and hempseeds. I put them on a plate in the fridge and in no time, they were lovely yummies ready to eat (and I did...but just one!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; All I can say is WOWEEEEEEE! I just knew there had to be a way to get massive gojis in a tasteful way! I guess I call them GOJI FUDGE TRUFFLES! because that is how they taste!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So look at the protein here: gojis, chia seed, hempseed, and nuts! I relate to many of them, as do many people , because they are all about the experience of being human. Many of them fit everyone, like a "one size fits all" piece of clothing because they are so up to interpretation, like any work of art.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here is one I wanted to comment on today:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I spent a long time trying to find my center until I looked closely one night &amp; found it had wheels &amp; moved easily in the slightest breeze, so now I spend less time sitting and more time sailing!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As I said, everyone will see this how they see it. This is what I see:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sometimes, many times, all the time, we go round in life seeking our center. "Oh, I just wish I "could" get calm or focused or at peace once again. I was there once, many times actually, and so want to BE there again." "Calgon take me away" kinda day!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do you know what? YES, we have "wheels" that move and adjust and are free to go wherever the wind may take us. Is it because we gave so much of ourselves, we shared so much of what is inside us, we were VULNERABLE and NOW look what happened!?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well when any relationship ends, it is not easy. Or some continue for a time, some for a lifetime. As time progresses however, the reasons why we were together emerge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This poem always helps me to get right to the bottom line when I lose a friend. It makes it simple. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I immediately start looking at it with gratitude being willing to see all it brought the both of us. What gems we gathered, what lessons we learned, what traditions we can carry on in other ways. I seek to see how the shape of our love has changed now and it is ok. We still love each other, it just looks differently. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrong -doing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up or out and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled; their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and it is now time to move on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When people come into your life for a SEASON, it is because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They may bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real! But only for a season.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; those things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person/people (anyway); and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant. Well, most anything you eat can be measured with these words "Better Than".&lt;br /&gt; In transition to raw and living foods, one can ask, "is this food "better than" what I used to eat?" "Is this food a choice that is "better than" something of lesser quality? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So say you used to drink soda. What is "better than" soda? Seltzer water. So many "better than" choices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What about meat? You want meat? Well, there are all kinds of meat substitutes while transitioning to a meat free diet. Check out the alternatives in your frozen food section or your local health food store. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As far as protein, if you are eating an all inclusive diet of raw foods, you will be meeting your protein needs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What about dairy? What is "better than" dairy? Make your own almond milk or brazil nut milk. There are alot of substitutes for dairy. Right off, you can even buy the containers of almond milk, although they are cooked.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You want soup? Well go to the health food store and buy organic, fresh made soup. Learn to make raw soups too! This is about RAW FOOD! Delicious LIVING and RAW foods!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I love to live in a world of peace and happiness and POSITIVITY. I still wear my "complaint free world" bracelet although I did not even want the word complaint in it so it is now my Gratitude Attitude Bracelet!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway I was thinking about the negative aspects of life and how many people operate solely from all that is missing, all that isnt there, all that isnt coming to them, how they have lack and dullness and feel in desperation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A couple days ago, I woke up feeling not my best. I have been around alot of buggies that people have been taken ill with. Although I was not my best, I pulled toward wellness and that is what I got. However, waking up feeling like that (albeit very minimal) I got to thinking. I thought, to a greater degree, this is how the world of sad eaters must wake up every day. Surely their mood matches their feeling...you know, the vibration.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Living food eaters operate at a high vibration, is it no wonder we are dancing on a higher plane, an air of happiness.&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_aDT6Xgvkb38/TM6yIdJ-Y9I/AAAAAAAAAQs/5I07PHQmHB8/s1600/butterflies.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 264px; height: 248px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_aDT6Xgvkb38/TM6yIdJ-Y9I/AAAAAAAAAQs/5I07PHQmHB8/s400/butterflies.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5534556850420081618" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sad food may be dead food, as many call it, yet it also being devoid and lifeless, is in a negative state. It puts those who consume this stuff in a negative state as well whether they know it or not.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is it any wonder, when people, even rawfoodbees, consume non living material they too go into a negative state? Here you have people operating at a high vibration, like a fine tuned machine, and then a brick is thrown into the works. What can we expect, but feeling lousy and then negative thoughts and words to follow?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then what do we do? We go on forums and tell people all the neg stuff stemming from that neg food. We tell how we fell off the wagon, what neg food we ate, how sick it made us feel, etc etc. Negative begets negative, there is no other way. Anything other than LIFE GIVING food is negative, you see?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why do people lack luster and feel deprived and are in desperation? Because they truly are! Their bodies are starving for positive, life giving food!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you want positive put positive in your mouth. If you want postive thinking, only eat positive food. If you want positive feeling in your body, only eat postive foods. If you want a positive life, only eat positive food, think positive thoughts and LIVE your most extraordinary positive LIFE! Green or red? Go or stop?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Are you in the green or in the red? Well, lets not go quite that far. What is you are living at LESS THAN your full potential?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How would you know? Hmmmmm? Well do you feel your absolute best or less than the best? Do you have energy to burn or lack energy? Do you have a worldview, perspective, that can take you through anything or do you cave in at the slightest disappointment?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So you Do jump out of bed in the morning to go running, seizing the day before it gets away? You just cannot wait to go to work and make a difference in the world with what you do? Are all of your relationships healthy and happy and bring you and the other person great fullfillment in life? Do you have peace throughout your relationships?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pipe dream? No. IF you are truly BEING ALIVE you will answer "yes" or "pretty much" to all of the above questions. Sure life brings challenges yet it is how we view them that determines our happiness.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is stopping you from living your best life? What areas are you out of integrity to who you are? That is the place to start and begin making changes toward that integrity. You DO know where you are out of integrity and what there is to do! I had an epiphany this morning, as I was on my run. It just so happens that I was thinking about expending energy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Something led up to these thoughts around energy and eating live food! It was that Saturday night I went to a dance at my friends horse farm. It was a blast! I have to say, that only three straight hours of dancing was not enough for me! I wanted to dance until 1 a.m.!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Part of it is I love dancing, the other part is it was just super fun and felt so good to expend that energy, like all kinds of electricity being discharged, static energy, out there (came out as love) to all there at the party. I gotta say, I twirled sooo many people!!! It was a hoot! (sigh, words never seem to capture the feeling!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seeing, that night at the dance, my untapped energy potential. It is all there, just asking to be used more and more! This morning, realizing the following:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; LIVE food creates LIVE energy. What if you started a fire and gave it just enough air to keep burning, while throwing fuel in there continually.... but kept it contained? It has to go somewhere! Combustible...kabooom!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway, my point is this...LIVE energy MUST be expended with movement, creativity, productivity, mental workouts, spiritual output, emotional blessings to others, and whatever other ways you can think of.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If it is not expended somehow, to me, this is where the challenge of emotions, anxiety, depression, stagnation and a whole host of things enter in. LIVING the ALIVE LIFE needs MOVEMENT! Movement is required for cleaning out all the oxins that are being released as well!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We started a fire here folks and now we need to express it OUT THERE! I have heard it a million times. Well, not quite a million but ALOT!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is the deal? Why do people have such a hard time to keep it real and keep it raw. I suppose one can come up with a lot of reasons why they eat cooked foods.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is the way to see clear to get and stay raw? Is there a way? Well sometimes it just has to be the progression of things. Some go raw as soon as they hear, others toy with it and add raw more often, some go back and forth between raw and cooked.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I see the key is this: getting clear on what you want for your health and your life. Ask yourself "what is my powerful reason WHY I want to eat raw foods? If you choose to eat cooked, choose it wholeheartedly. You are wanting an ice cream sundae. Hmmmm Are you really wanting an ice cream sundae?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Lets pick this apart. What is going on emotionally right now, in this moment, craving this ice cream sundae? What has happened today Are you stressed? Are you tired? Did your bird die? Did your anut go to the hospital? Did someone tell you your hair was ugly and your mother dresses you funny?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; So this is the place to look first. Well, say there is nothing emo going on.&lt;br /&gt;You still want an ice cream sundae? Is there a connection to nostagia for you? Check that out too. Is it what you used to have in connection with an event or ritual like going for ice cream after a ball game. If so, simpy replace it with something else that is now the ritual. Go to the health food store and pick out your favorite raw chopped salad or pick up your favorite kombucha!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No? Ok. So you are craving an ice cream sundae. Hmmm Do you need fat? Do you need something sweet? Perhpas some protein? Maybe you are just thirsty or tired and are seeking a picker upper.&lt;br /&gt;Is this craving really a craving? Craving bad food. Craving, as in, your body asking you for something, asking to be fed nutritonally. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Answer it like you might your little child. Give them the sundae? Probably not. You would find a good substitute for the ice cream. An apple, some orange slices, some raw banana ice cream, some nut butter. There are so many yummy choices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you wait, are willing to wait, you will find you will not eat the ice cream. If you are willing to look and see what it is your body is actually saying, you will feed it what it wants.You will have success in your raw eating plan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is it a craving or emotional eating? Cravings are a real call, from our body for something it needs for life. Emotional eating is a false cry from the wounded child who wants something to numb, comfort or dull the feeling. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Go with your cravings, in a constructive way, seeking what it is the body actually wants. Deal with your emotions in a constructive way. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You are on your waaaaay! I pick dandelions and nettles as well as wild mint!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well it appears that Mr Frosty came last night and sought to steal them away! I had a bit of low and wrinkled brow face (NOT) on for a second. Then I saw that he did not get most of them! Wooohooooo Celebrate good times cmon!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I picked bunches and bunches for my juicy juice lunches. As I settled down in to pick them, with gloved hand yes!, my bottom side hit some nettles behind me. Even through my leggings I felt them. Here I was feeling a tad bum (hahahaha) about this (not really just making it fun) and that I might be itching up a storm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, let that be a lesson to me. Moral of the story, don't fuss bout stuff that has not happened! All good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have lovely juice coming soon as well as the kombucha I stopped to pick up (am so happy it is back and boy is it fizzier than ever!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So we staved Mr. Frosty for another day! Ahhhhh the bliss of wild green juice! As in, the raw foody ones and the people who eat the other stuff? I see it all the time,more and more so as time goes on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I guess to coin an ol phrase,"the have and the have nots". Although I never believed in that phrase, as I see riches as a deep inner value that money just cannot touch.&lt;br /&gt;However, in applying that to health, this phrase most certainly applies!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How? Well, I HAVE good health and many around me HAVE NOT got good health. I hear it all the time around me. I ask you, what kind of world have we come to where I have two funerals this week and also have been asked to not hug quite a few people (I do squeeze a little tight) so as to not hurt them, because they are in such pain!&lt;br /&gt;ALL of these, I can say hands down, created by the very food they eat! Death by food is a sad one for sure.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The GAP is evident in so many ways. Another is the idea of kill this and kill that. Bugs and "pests" regulurly squashed out of existence because they are a nuisance? Sorry my bees here do look a little scary but they are only out for pollen I promise!)&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_aDT6Xgvkb38/TLhHeBTxIBI/AAAAAAAAAPE/mcklD8S8hAw/s1600/bees.gif"&gt;&lt;img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 252px; height: 216px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_aDT6Xgvkb38/TLhHeBTxIBI/AAAAAAAAAPE/mcklD8S8hAw/s400/bees.gif" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5528247123670278162" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;In most cases, they just showed up, not being any cause for concern, and got squished. People randomly kill things, not realizing these have a place on earth too and many are essential for our own life!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The other is ALIVENESS! Does it seem to to you there is a GAP between the ALIVE and the dead (as in people who appear to be sleepwalking through their life)?&lt;br /&gt;Repeatedly, I have been asked to tone down, to shhh, to squash what I feel, to stop dancing in times square (ok ok I was wearing a clown suit and it was distracting drivers and I just about got hit by a yellow taxi cab and also almost caused an accident!)...just kidding on that part...heehee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To LIVE fully expressed in life in a cemetary with mourners all around, is a challenge I say! I want to yell from the rooftops and exclaim how life is so very good and give people tickets to go ride the carousel of happiness! I want to tell them about good health and loving life and having no pain or sickness (yes even now we can, not waiting until "afterlife" eternal promises)!!&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Some, like Pooh once said "Have a lil bit of fluff in their ears". They don't want to change their diet!!!! Many see no relationship at all between poor health and what goes in their mouth!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I tell those who will hear. I teach those who will learn but mostly, I go about being responsible for me, continuing to BE FULLY me, and letting the rest fuss about their own stuff. No mistake here, I do listen, I do hug (carefully please) and I do help as much as I can, without wearing myself out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I see the Gap but I also see the bridge, do you?&lt;br /&gt;As for me, I be found ALIVE! Feeling like they are not "doing it right" or have, once again "fallen off the wagon" or failed in raw life. Listening always to those who have been raw a long time, or those guru type thinkers, world travellers and island hoppers (bless their hearts),taking what they say as carved in stone,what you must do? I AM grateful for the forerunners and all they offer in experience, testimonials and knowledge!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; I do tire because just is not true direction if one looks ONLY to it for direction. Why do we need direction anyway? Ideas, recipes, support, LOVE, inspiration, kitchen equipment thoughts are all good. But as far as direction in connection with your own eating plan, THAT is excatly what it is, YOUR OWN.We are all heading in the direction of health if we are on a raw journey, the path you take to get their is YOURS!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What do you REALLY need? An ear. Yes an ear. YOUR OWN ear.Why? Because all you need, for your health journey is to listen to your own body! The other things mentioned above are all supplementary to intuition, which is your body telling you what you need.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The body, your body, is always and forever on a quest to heal you and keep you well! Isn't that great? If you tune in to that station and listen, you will learn. Every pain, every body sensation, every craving (of a healthy kind) is telling you what to do next. Sit still and listen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How can you tune in for better hearing? Clean the gunk out. As Pooh once said "some folks might have a bit o fluff in their ears". Be willing to listen and learn. Take out the junk of life. Be silent. Let go of all you think you want to eat, what you used to like, what party is coming up and what cake will be there! Simply STOP all that programming from running and listen!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once the body is cleaner, the body messages become crystal clear. You go to the co-op and pick up the exact fruit your body wants. You look in the fridge and the exact idea comes to you what to have. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Line up with your body instead of "fighting" this or that. You hear people say "I am fighting this cold" or "I am gonna fight this thing and beat it". Often this is in reference to cancer. They truly ARE fighting it. How? By waging all out chemical warfare with powerful, toxic poisins....chemotherapy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What would listening look like? Giving the body life giving foods instead of death dealing poisin. I could go on but I won't.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Listen to your body daily. Say YES to every food that builds health and simply turn away from foods that bring disease. It is that easy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;YOU are your own health care provider,YOU are your own "GURU", YOU are the creator of your health! Something about the ENERGY. Or the vibrancy of life and health. Or even sickness free and feeling blissfull. Hmmmmmm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now here is comes...I would go raw BUT...&lt;br /&gt;I like the sounds of all that BUT...&lt;br /&gt;I am sick of being sick BUT...&lt;br /&gt;etc..you see how it goes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BUT what?  here is the butts...ooops...the buts....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is hard&lt;br /&gt;It is expensive&lt;br /&gt;I feed my family all cooked and they wont do it&lt;br /&gt;I socialize alot and how do you do that&lt;br /&gt;I dont even know how to cook let alone do this&lt;br /&gt;etc etc etc&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DISAPPEAR PLEASE...ALL OF THAT.&lt;br /&gt;                                         Instead ask yourself?&lt;br /&gt;                                     AM I A STAND FOR MY OWN HEALTH.&lt;br /&gt;                                     AM I WAITING UNTIL I GET THE C-WORD DIAGNOSIS&lt;br /&gt;                                     (or any other bad health wake up calls)&lt;br /&gt;                                     AM I WILLING TO RAISE,NOT ONLY MY HEALTH ,BUT &lt;br /&gt;                                     MY WHOLE LIFE TO A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;EXCUSES ARE MERELY WHAT THE BRAIN DOES TO HOLD US RIGHT WHERE WE ARE AND DO NOTHING!!&lt;br /&gt;Good...now that you are a little clearer lets go&lt;br /&gt;on our butts..hmmm  I mean the excuses (you might prefer to call them reasons instead).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is easier than any eating plan out there. Not only that, it is a way of life that produces the most outstanding results practically effort free. All you do it eat raw and living food, one at a time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It isnt expensive. Expensive to me is going to the doctor, being sick in bed, feeling bad, having no energy to do anything, being depressed.&lt;br /&gt;I fuel my car, I pay insurance on it and upkeep. I take care of my place and pay utilities and keep it clean and orderly YET I am willing to skimp on fuel for my body and minimally maintain it. My possessions get better care than my body?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So on and on it goes.....all this clatter running round in the brain is there to serve you somehow. Serve you (it thinks) by keeping you right where you are. Keeping you in this uncomfort zone but the only one you know. Then we have no need to bust out and do something new and different.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remember, people who really stood apart and did extraordinary things, got extraordinary results and made a huge difference in their own lives and in the lives of others. If not now, when? What is holding you back? Well, we rawfoodies DO process some stuff yet it is minimal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These foods are LIVING in the sense that they have all the enzymes and nutrients intact due to being eaten in their natural state. Any foods heated above 105 to 115 degrees has lost enzymes and nutrients, and in many cases, it no longer is food fit for the body. Some foods actually change into toxic materials (for instance, when potatoes go to france(fries) they turn into something called acrylamide. Sounds like plastic? Hmmmmm..you ever eat cold fries (yup plastic like and hard) and these things cannot be digested. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;So why fuss with this? Why not just eat what people eat and forget bout it?&lt;br /&gt;Are you sick? Hurting? Have aches and pains? Headaches? Constipation? Bloating? Weight challenges? Poor skin? Major disease? Thats right! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#ff6600;"&gt;When we get down to basics of where we all came from, we find it easy to eat right. And amaZINGly, when you eat well, you want to eat even better. It is an incredible process.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#ff6600;"&gt;I have been on this extraordinary journey for over two years and i am here to tell you this.&lt;br /&gt;You cannot even begin to imagine how, by eating whole and living foods in their unheated, uncooked state, your body will change and transform in ways you never imagined.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#ff6600;"&gt;I have lost weight, got brain clarity, gained vibrancy and health, look younger, feel younger, am happier, am more in harmony with this earth, plants, nature and other people.
