Why? It's cheap and gives the "glide" factor in body lotions - but is in fact robbing lower layers of skin of moisture. I pick dandelions and nettles as well as wild mint!<br /><br /><br />Well it appears that Mr Frosty came last night and sought to steal them away! I had a bit of low and wrinkled brow face (NOT) on for a second. Then I saw that he did not get most of them! Wooohooooo Celebrate good times cmon!<br /><br /><br />So I picked bunches and bunches for my juicy juice lunches. As I settled down in to pick them, with gloved hand yes!, my bottom side hit some nettles behind me. Even through my leggings I felt them. Here I was feeling a tad bum (hahahaha) about this (not really just making it fun) and that I might be itching up a storm.<br /><br /><br />Well, let that be a lesson to me. Moral of the story, don't fuss bout stuff that has not happened! All good.<br /><br /><br />I have lovely juice coming soon as well as the kombucha I stopped to pick up (am so happy it is back and boy is it fizzier than ever!)<br /><br /><br />So we staved Mr. Frosty for another day! Ahhhhh the bliss of wild green juice! Ask yourself "what is my powerful reason WHY I want to eat raw foods? This has nothing to do with will power when you choose from this powerful reason WHY. This is the difference. Many eat or don't eat by exercising will power. Choose powerfully. If you choose to eat cooked, choose it wholeheartedly. He sees it the same as cooking. (granted they DO live where there is no winter...the desert!)<br /><br /><br /><br />The epiphany was this; Speaking of winter, in winter, all the plants freeze and die. The life force goes into the roots and sleeps in the ground until morning comes and it is time to wake up. The LIFE is no longer in the greens, the above ground part of the plant.<br /><br /><br /><br />Right off, one can see that, just as heating breaks the food from its fresh state, equally thought oppositely (haha), freezing breaks the food and renders it dead food...yes? no? seems in only makes sense eh?<br /><br /><br /><br />Go one further step; so, if winter time calls for rootstock life and a rest from greenery, might we also live in harmony with our climate and rest from green life (that is, if we live in cold climate times) and also go into roots, nuts, seeds and things we have dehydrated at low temp, for winter?<br /><br /><br /><br />Putting food up in a manner in harmony with our natural world, would call for drying and burying (as in, root cellar).<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Right now, stock your body on fresh, green goodnesses while they are there!!! That also is putting food up for another season...ahhhh.<br /><br /><br /><br />Having said all that, is a frozen banana better than concentrated fruit syrup for a smoothie? Yeah baaabaaay! Is frozen juice or a dessert better than other things one might eat? For a certainty! We all do the best we can to do the best we can. By the results peeps are getting, it sure is working! Here you have people operating at a high vibration, like a fine tuned machine, and then a brick is thrown into the works. What can we expect, but feeling lousy and then negative thoughts and words to follow?<br /><br /><br />Then what do we do? We go on forums and tell people all the neg stuff stemming from that neg food. We tell how we fell off the wagon, what neg food we ate, how sick it made us feel, etc etc. Negative begets negative, there is no other way. Anything other than LIFE GIVING food is negative, you see?<br /><br /><br />Why do people lack luster and feel deprived and are in desperation? Because they truly are! Their bodies are starving for positive, life giving food!<br /><br /><br /><br />If you want positive put positive in your mouth. If you want postive thinking, only eat positive food. I let them mesh together, the gojis absorbing the water a bit. Then I added chia seeds until they soaked the liquid up.<br /><br /><br />When it was all set up, I ran cacao nibs through my champoin juicer with blank screen in. Out came the nicest cacao creamy butter stuff I had ever seen! I "chased" it with almonds, thus making a nutella type mixture!<br /><br /><br />I put some of this cacao nutty paste into the goji mix. I added coconut shreds, coconut oil, vanilla, some himalyan salt, hemp seeds, and chopped walnuts. I stirred this all together. Adding the choco paste made the mixture firm all up nice!<br /><br /><br />I then rolled them into balls and rolled in coconut shreds and hempseeds. I put them on a plate in the fridge and in no time, they were lovely yummies ready to eat (and I did...but just one!)<br /><br /><br />All I can say is WOWEEEEEEE! I just knew there had to be a way to get massive gojis in a tasteful way! I guess I call them GOJI FUDGE TRUFFLES! because that is how they taste!<br /><br /><br />Just look at the protein here: gojis, chia seed, hempseed, and nuts! As in, the raw foody ones and the people who eat the other stuff? With eyes of compassion, I see it all the time, more and more so as time goes on.<br /><br />I guess to coin an ol phrase,"the have and the have nots". Although I never believed in that phrase, as I see riches as a deep inner value that money just cannot touch. <br />However, in applying that to health, this phrase most certainly applies!<br /><br />How? Well, many good health and many HAVE NOT got good health. I hear it all the time around me. I ask you, what kind of world have we come to where we have two funerals in one week week. Being asked to not hug quite a few people (I do squeeze a little tight) so as to not hurt them, because they are in such pain? </span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 130%;"><span style="color: #006600;"><br />ALL of these, I can say hands down, have bodies created by the very food they eat! Death by food is a sad one for sure. needless death, needless illness. The sad part is, they don't know it!<br /><br />The GAP is evident in so many other ways. The idea of kill this and kill that. Bugs and "pests" immedietly squashed out of existence because they are a nuisance? People randomly kill things, not realizing these have a place on earth too and many are essential for our own eco-system,our own life!Imagine if dinosaurs still walked the earth and saw us as pests! <br /><br />The other is ALIVENESS! Does it seem to to you there is a GAP between the ALIVE and the dead (as in people who appear to be sleepwalking through their life)?<br />Repeatedly, thos ewho are energetic, happy, talkitive, excited, have been asked to tone down, to shhh, to squash what they feel, to stop dancing in times square (ok ok I have to admit, it was me, wearing a clown suit and it was distracting drivers and I did just about got hit by a yellow taxi cab and also almost caused an accident!)...just kidding on the getting hit part...heehee<br /><br />To LIVE fully expressed in life in a cemetary with mourners all around, is a challenge I say! To want to yell from the rooftops and exclaim how life is so very good and give people tickets to go ride the carousel of happiness! Telling them about good health and loving life and having no pain or sickness (yes even now we can feel great, while waiting until "afterlife" eternal promises)!!<br /><br />Some, like Pooh once said "Have a lil bit of fluff in their ears". They don't want to change their diet!!!! Many see no relationship at all between poor health and what goes in their mouth! Little do they realize, how wonderfully easy and delicious it is to do so!<br />
