Raw granola is made with a combination of buckwheat (soaked and sprouted (for one day) and fruits and nuts (if desired) along with soaked and pitted dates (to sweeten and create a stick-togetherness).
Spices can be added like cinnamon or nutmeg, depending on the flavor you are seeking.
Then the mixture is spread on a dehydrater sheet and warmed at 105 degrees until crispy!
Chocolate grawnolas are yummy too!

When I added raw granola into my eating plan, I found that I no longer sought the cooked carbs, they simply disappeared.
Raw granola is an amazing food to have in your purse and carry with you at all times! Soooo good too!
